Are there any hidden costs or charges?

Hospice care is designed to be financially accessible. Medicare and most insurance plans cover all services, medications, and equipment related to your hospice diagnosis at no cost to you. There are no surprise bills or hidden charges.

The only exceptions are costs unrelated to your hospice diagnosis. For example, if you need treatment for a separate medical condition not related to your terminal illness, those services would be billed separately through your regular health insurance.
