Where can I receive hospice care?

Most hospice patients receive care in their own homes, surrounded by family and familiar belongings. Our team comes to you, providing all necessary services in the comfort of your home throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.

If you reside in an assisted living facility, board and care home, or skilled nursing facility, we can provide hospice services at that location. We work closely with the facility staff to coordinate your care.

For patients who need more intensive symptom management or whose caregivers need additional support, we can arrange care in a contracted hospice facility or hospital for short-term stays.
