What this policy covers

This policy describes information handling on this website, marhospicecare.com. It covers our online forms, phone links, and the measurement tools the site uses. It is written for families and referring professionals, not as a legal document.

Medical information shared with our care team during hospice care is handled separately under the patient privacy notices you receive at admission. This page is only about the website.

Information you send through our forms

The site has two forms: a contact form and a patient referral form. They collect what you type into them, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and, on the referral form, basic patient and insurance details a referral requires.

Form submissions are transmitted securely and delivered to our admissions team, which uses them only to respond to you and coordinate care. We do not sell this information or share it for marketing.

Please do not include detailed medical history or other sensitive health information in free-text message fields. A short description is enough. Our team will collect any clinical details needed by phone, where we can verify who we are speaking with.

Cookies and measurement

We use two kinds of measurement on this site:

• Google tags that help us understand whether our advertising leads to calls and form submissions. These tags follow your cookie choice below. Until you accept, they run in a cookieless mode that stores nothing on your device.
• Ahrefs analytics, a cookieless page-view counter that helps us see which pages are useful. It does not build visitor profiles.

Measurement is never based on health conditions, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors. When you first visit, a small banner asks whether to allow measurement cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it here at any time:

Phone calls

Tapping a phone number on this site places a normal phone call from your device. If measurement cookies are allowed, the site records that a phone link was clicked, not the call itself and not your phone number.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to outside resources, such as government credential registries, Google Maps, Instagram, and YouTube. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
